He is one of the characters I drew quite a lot of long ago because young me thought his design was really cool. (I still think it’s one of the best in naruto!)
I don’t think I captured his face the way I imagine it though 
Edit (for the third time X0.. )- I think it’s a tad bit more suitable now. He looked too playful before!
